It depends on the product and the area. As a general guide, lips last around 6–12 months, while firmer areas like the cheeks, jawline, and chin often last 12–18 months. Because it's hyaluronic acid, your body gradually and naturally absorbs it over time.

Saypha®, and nothing else. Saypha is a hyaluronic acid (HA) filler made by Croma-Pharma in Austria, a family-owned company that has made hyaluronic acid syringes since the 1980s, starting in eye surgery, where purity standards are extreme, and still makes every syringe in its own plant near Vienna. It is licensed by Health Canada and contains lidocaine for comfort. We chose it for how it behaves: smooth, uniform gel particles and low, consistent water uptake, so swelling is minimal and what you see at the end of your appointment is typically close to your final result. HA occurs naturally in your body, and the Saypha range includes softer and firmer formulas, so we select the right one for lips, structure, or contour.

Yes. Because we use hyaluronic acid filler, it can be carefully dissolved if ever needed, one of the reassurances of an HA-based approach.

Very little. Saypha® contains lidocaine to keep you comfortable, and we can apply numbing cream beforehand. Most patients feel only brief pressure or a small pinch.

Minimal. Mild swelling, tenderness, or occasional bruising is normal for a short period. Proper hydration and aftercare help your results settle smoothly.
