Not the way filler does. The laser therapy does give the lips a plumper look, and that fullness lasts about 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your body. What lasts is the rejuvenation underneath: the laser stimulates fresh collagen in the lip tissue, and you start noticing that change from about three weeks on, building with every session. The Lip SkinBooster and Lip PRP restore hydration, texture, and tissue quality rather than size. Either way, lips stay natural and unfilled.

Filler adds structural volume to change shape. Lip & peri-oral rejuvenation is regenerative. It improves the quality of the tissue itself: hydration, fine lines, tone, and natural colour.

For the Lip SkinBooster we use Skinfill Bacio by Promoitalia of Italy, a topical lip booster of hyaluronic acid with vitamin B12 that we apply with microneedling. It improves lip texture, tone, and hydration and brings back a healthy, natural colour without adding volume. Lip PRP uses your own platelet-rich plasma and nothing else, and the laser therapy is performed with the Aerolase Neo Elite®.

It builds gradually as the tissue renews. With the Lip SkinBooster, lips feel softer and more hydrated within the first week or two. Lip PRP works over the following weeks as your own growth factors regenerate the tissue. With the laser therapy, lips look plumper right away for about 1 to 3 weeks, and the lasting rejuvenation shows from about three weeks on, building across your sessions. In every case, results deepen the more of your series you complete.

Minimal, and it varies by treatment. After the SkinBooster or PRP, expect mild swelling or sensitivity, and occasionally a small bruise, for a day or two. After the laser therapy, the area may look a little red or feel sensitive and can flake lightly as it renews, with sun protection recommended for a few days. We'll guide your aftercare either way.
