Your monthly payment is never a fee: every dollar returns to you as full clinic credit, banked in your account through the Boxxed App. Think of it as a beauty bank. You deposit, it accumulates, and you spend it on the treatments and products you already love.
Gold suits patients beginning their journey or visiting a few times a year. Onyx is our most popular tier, the sweet spot of value and flexibility for patients who visit regularly. Black Diamond brings the best overall value: the deepest preferred pricing, the most frequent complimentary treatments, and the largest monthly credit. Still unsure? Never. Your credit is your credit to keep, and it would not be fair for it to expire. It stays in your account, accumulating month after month, until you decide to spend it.

Memberships carry a minimum 6-month commitment. It simply protects the generosity of the perks (a complimentary first month, full monthly credit, recurring complimentary treatments) from being abused. After your 6 months, you may cancel anytime, and every dollar of credit you've banked remains yours.
It stays yours. The credits in your account are always there for you to use, even after your membership ends. Cancelling simply stops new credit from accumulating; it never takes away what you've already banked.
Each tier includes a recurring complimentary treatment: every 4 months on Gold, every 3 months on Onyx, and every 2 months on Black Diamond. You choose from your tier's menu each time and book it like any other appointment. Consider it our recurring thank-you for being a member.
Yes, they're designed to. Your tier's preferred pricing lowers the price first, and your banked credit then covers it. On Black Diamond, for example, a $400 treatment becomes $320 with your 20% preferred pricing, and your credit can pay for the entire visit.
Generously, yes. Your complimentary treatments may absolutely be gifted to a friend or family member. Your credit may also be used to purchase a treatment for someone else at regular pricing. The one perk that stays personal is your tier discount: preferred pricing applies to you alone and cannot be applied to purchases for others.
Moving up is always open: you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time, even during your 6-month commitment, and the upgrade takes effect at your next renewal. Moving down works differently: downgrades become available once your current commitment is complete. Either way, your banked credit stays safely in your account through the change.
Yes. Life happens, and memberships can be paused (the app calls it a freeze). Request it right in the Boxxed App: Wallet → Manage memberships → select your membership → Request to freeze, and choose how long you need. Your membership stays active until we approve the request. While paused, monthly billing stops and member perks rest; when you return, everything resumes exactly where you left off, and every dollar you've banked stays safely yours. One honest note: paused months don't count toward the 6-month minimum — your commitment simply resumes alongside your membership.

Complimentary treatments may be gifted to friends or family.
