Yes, unlike most clinics, we let members use their tier discount on packages. That's the whole point of being a member. The member price shown beside each package reflects the Black Diamond tier's 20% savings; Gold and Onyx members save 10% and 15% respectively.

No. Your package never expires: every treatment is yours until you've used the very last one, whether that takes a season or years. Life happens; your investment waits for you.
